Website terms.

The ground rules for using this website. Mirage access, deployment, support, and licensing are covered by a separate written commercial agreement.

Last updated 16 July 2026
Scope

These terms apply to the public Project Caligo website and its contact form only.

Questions: contact@industrium.net

1. About these terms

This website presents Project Caligo and Mirage. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

"Project Caligo," "we," "us," and "our" refer to BENZOOgataga as the current owner and operator of Industrium, Project Caligo, and Mirage. The operator's available details are set out in the Legal Notice.

2. Information, not a commercial offer

The website provides general marketing information. It is not a binding offer, service commitment, technical specification, service-level agreement, or guarantee that Mirage is suitable or available for a particular network.

Any access to Mirage, deployment work, support, hosting arrangement, managed build, licence, pricing, or other commercial service requires a separate written agreement, order, or proposal. If that document conflicts with these website terms, the commercial document controls for the relevant service.

Mirage remains proprietary. The public offering does not include source code, a distributable JAR, or a lifetime licence.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate business enquiries. You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the website's security;
  • send malicious code, automated spam, deceptive enquiries, or abusive content;
  • misrepresent your identity or authority to act for an organisation; or
  • scrape or reuse the website in a way that harms Project Caligo or its users.

We may restrict access or disregard submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our team, or others.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, visual identity, graphics, images, layout, and other original content belong to Project Caligo or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may view the website for your own informational and internal business purposes. Any reproduction, publication, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use requires prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but its content may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. We may change or withdraw content, features, or website availability without notice.

Mirage infrastructure is currently hosted in France and is primarily intended for European deployments. Enquiries from other regions are welcome, but distance between customer backend servers and Mirage proxies may affect latency and suitability. Any regional or performance commitment must be stated in the separate commercial agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that all defects will be corrected.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this public website.

Commercial liability relating to Mirage or any Project Caligo service is governed by the separate agreement for that service.

7. External services and links

The website links to third-party services, including Discord. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse every part of the linked service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how information is handled when you visit the website or send an enquiry. Our Cookie Notice explains why the current website does not show a cookie consent banner.

9. Changes and severability

We may update these terms when the website, our practices, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@industrium.net.
