1. Who is responsible

BENZOOgataga, as the current owner and operator of Industrium, Project Caligo, and Mirage, determines why and how personal information submitted through this website is used and acts as the data controller for that processing.

2. Information we handle

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we receive your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your network name, proxy count, backend server count, and a message about what you are building. We also receive information you send when contacting us directly by email or Discord.

Technical information

When you request a page or submit the form, normal hosting and security systems may process your IP address, IP-derived approximate location, date and time, requested URL, browser or device details, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs.

Anonymous website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. A page-view data point may include its timestamp, page path, referrer, filtered query information, approximate geolocation, device type, operating system, and browser. Before an event leaves this website, our configuration removes the URL query string and fragment.

Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or attach page views to a person or IP address. It derives a temporary visitor hash from the incoming request for aggregated statistics and discards the session identifier after 24 hours.

Anonymous performance measurements

We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how the website performs for real visitors. A performance data point may include the page path, network-speed category, browser, device type, operating system, country, a Web Vital measurement, the page element associated with that measurement, SDK information, and the time Vercel received the event. Our configuration removes URL query strings and fragments before events are sent.

Vercel states that Speed Insights data points are anonymous, are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address, and cannot be used to reconstruct a browsing session across pages.

Our contact endpoint temporarily keeps the requesting network address in server memory to slow repeated submissions. It stops affecting submissions after approximately 30 seconds and is removed on a later request or when the function instance is retired. It is not used for profiling.

3. Why we use it

To respond and take pre-contract steps: review your enquiry, understand your network, reply, arrange discussions, and prepare a potential Mirage proposal.
To understand and improve the website: measure aggregate page views, traffic sources, device categories, broad geographic usage, loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability so we can evaluate and improve the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding whether the public site is useful and performs well, using privacy-focused measurement.
To operate and protect the website: deliver pages, diagnose faults, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain security. These are our legitimate operational and security interests.
To meet legal obligations: preserve or disclose information where applicable law validly requires it and manage legal claims.

We do not use contact-form details for unrelated bulk marketing, sell personal information, or make decisions about you solely through automated processing.

4. Who receives it

Access is limited to people and providers that need the information for the purposes above:

Vercel Inc. hosts the static website and serverless contact endpoint, provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and may process request, aggregate analytics, anonymous performance, network, diagnostic, and security information. Discord. Contact-form content is forwarded through a private Discord webhook into a team channel so authorised team members can review and answer the enquiry. See Discord's Privacy Policy.
Authorised Project Caligo team members who review and respond to enquiries.
Professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or handle a claim.

Submitting the website form does not publish your information in a public Discord server.

5. International processing

Vercel and Discord operate internationally, including in the United States. This means information may be processed outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, the providers describe transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or recognised data-transfer frameworks in their privacy and data-processing terms.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to answer them, continue a requested commercial discussion, document the resulting relationship, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The relevant Vercel and Discord systems may retain technical or message records under their own documented retention practices.

Vercel states that the temporary visitor identifier used for Web Analytics is discarded after 24 hours. Aggregate analytics and anonymous performance data may remain available for the reporting period associated with our Vercel plan.

If an enquiry does not lead to an ongoing relationship, we periodically remove it when it no longer serves one of these purposes. You may ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, subject to any overriding legal need.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. In the European Economic Area, these rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable data-protection law.

Send a request to contact@industrium.net. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns you. We do not charge for ordinary requests, but applicable law may permit limits for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

8. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted team access, input limits, bot filtering, and request throttling. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

9. Children

This is a business-facing website for Minecraft network operators, not a service directed to children. Do not use the contact form if you are not old enough under the law where you live to provide this information independently; ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.

10. Cookies, measurement, and external sites

The current website does not set cookies or use browser storage. Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without third-party cookies, while Speed Insights records anonymous performance measurements through native browser performance APIs. Details appear in the Cookie and Measurement Notice. If you follow a link to Discord or another external service, that service may collect information under its own policy.

11. Changes

We may update this notice if the website, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
